At the start of 2026 we had a major breakdown on our lift on site and we were in a bad place as we had no access to our second floor which is where all our packaging is stored.
I called Affinity Lifts who attended site within the hour and accessed our lift and together we worked on a plan to get us back up and running asap. Our lift was 35 years old and well past its sell by date. Affinity Lifts stepped in and within a speedy agreed short window we ended up with almost a new full lift including some added extras to reduce risk of further issues such as protection barriers inside to stop damage and better lighting.
We are more than happy with the service they provided. We are using them quarterly to service and look after our lift.
